Deco will be closed for a summer break, some work, some play. We will reopen Friday June 19 with our new summer hours. We have been focusing on wedding and events for the last couple summers and are grateful for a pretty full calendar this season!.
​Located in downtown Mancos, CO. Deco.  Dessert invites you to stop by and treat yourself to a whimsical and unique dessert experience. Relax with a handmade cone of ice cream, decadent dessert, enjoy an imported pot of tea or try a bubble tea. Stay and play a board game or catch up with a friend in our Art Deco inspired shop.
Our ice cream and desserts use only high quality, fresh and local ingredients. My menu changes weekly so please see menu page for current offerings.

​Handmade Ice Cream

​Our classic flavors are available daily as well as a selection of our seasonal flavors. Only simple, high quality ingredients are used to make the ice cream. Local ingredients are utilized whenever possible

Artisan Chocolates

The perfect holiday gift! These award winning truffles are made from fair trade chocolate. Dark, milk and white chocolate combinations are available with a variety of fillings. Taste, texture and visual appeal have all been thoughtfully considered when crafting our chocolates. 

Cakes

Specialty custom cakes and dessert bars. For wedding, birthdays, celebrations, anniversaries, business gatherings.
Cake and dessert menus available upon request.

Drinks

 We offer fun mocktails, Local Coffee, Imported Fine Tea , Bubble Tea (Boba) and Classic Ice Cream Floats made with Deco ice cream and local soda and milkshakes

THE BEHIND THE SCENES AT DECO DESSERT

 Pastry chef and owner Fairlight Whritner (left) has been in the culinary world for almost two decades. She is a graduate from the Culinary Institute of America ('04) in Hyde Park, New York. She has worked as pastry chef, chocolatier, baker, caterer and food truck owner. 
The art and precision that fine pastry requires is a perfect combination for Fairlight's talents. The art deco theme lends itself well to her style of desserts and ice cream, visually appealing treats created with intricate flavors and textures. Deco Desserts allows her passion and creativity to shine.
